This is my pick for Hank Pym.
Reason for Casting: Baker's an underrated and talented actor who deserves more Big Screen work. As seen on his show, The Mentalist, he can play arrogant, charismatic, and intellectual, and can do humor when its required. Plus, he's particularly the spitting image of Hank from the comics. And at least I'm not casting Nathan Fillion (who doesn't really fit Hank).

yep this works. But only if they let Pym be a real unintentional rival of Stark. If they play him as crazy, or petulant , or a super jerk like they've done in the comics. it'd be a waste.
Pym is arguable smarter than Stark and dang near Richards.
invented Vision and Ultron (think of all the features/powers they have), invented shrinking tech, Growing tech, insect communication and control, light fly wings, mini lasers stingers.
he's an under/misplayed character IMO.
I know it's going in another Direction but i'd loved to have seen the new avengers intro Pym as a young playfully frustrated Frankenstein trying to finish his andriods using the shriking tech as a tool to create sentient computer minds of the Vision and Ultron. finally helped along by his "friend" the billionaire the wasp. That'd be a good time
