DC Casting - Harvey Bullock

This is my pick for Harvey Bullock. 

Reason for Casting: I use to have James Gandofini for the role of Bullock, but unfortunately, he passed away last year, and is hopefully in a better place now. I didn't want to go with an obvious choice like Michael Madsen, and I decided to go with Kevin Chapman, who you may know as Detective Lionel Fusco from Person of Interest. He plays a corrupt cop on the show, sort of like Bullock. If he can add a bit of sloppiness to the role, then he's a shoe-in for Bullock.
